We are a full service irrigation company. We specialize in Hunter and Rainbird irrigation products
and provide a full aray of both products. We also belong to the area Better Business Bureau.
We offer Irrigation Backflow testing and service contracts to all of our customers.
We are a John Deere select contractor and can offer financing through John Deere credit.
Six months same as cash or a wide selection of financing options. To beautify & protect your home,
we also install low voltage lighting using high quality Vista and Hadco lighting products.
Irrigation -  LawnsPlus Irrigation is an expert at the design & installation of

We use only top-of-the-line materials. We offer a complete system using Hunter and Rainbird products. The sprinkler
heads are of pop-up design to retract into the ground, out of sight, when not operating.

Products - At LawnsPlus Irrigation we pride
ourselves in using only the highest quality, most reliable products in our systems.
For that reason, we have chosen to use Hunter Industries and Rainbird as our primary irrigation equipment manufacturers.
We are proud to have been designated a Hunter Preferred Contractor and strive to maintain the
high standards that designation requires.
 Hunter PGP rotors. These high quality gear driven rotors continue to set the standard by
which all other rotor sprinklers are judged. They provide excellent coverage with a large
selection of nozzles available. They also come with a 3 year warranty.
 Hunter spray heads. Hunter has a number of options for short range watering with a complete line of
spray sprinklers. Heads range from 4" to 12" in height and provide water for turf or bed applications.
 Rainbird DVF valves. We use the Rainbird DVF valve in most of our residential applications.
These valves provide economical irrigation valve for residential and light commercial applications where flow control is required.
 Rainbird ESP Series automatic controllers. Designed for light
commercial and residential use, these controllers offer an extensive array of advanced and
easy-to-use features for professional irrigation control.
 Hunter Mini-Clik rain sensor. All of our systems come standard with a Hunter rain sensor
device. We believe water is one of our most precious commodities and wasting it is not necessary. A rain
sensor device will shut down the automatic operation of a sprinkler system during rainfall thus saving
water. The system will return to normal operation once the sensor has dried out.
Other Services
- Fall System Shutdown - In the fall, it is important to shut your system down for the freezing
season. LawnsPlus will winterize your system by removing all the water from the pipes to prevent freezing

- Spring Start-Up - In the spring, LawnsPlus will restart your system. We open valves to refill the system,
check system operation & make sure everthing is working so you'll have a trouble free irrigation season.

 Irrigation Audit - We'll perform an irrigation audit on your existing system to detect
any problems & insure the reliability & functionality of your complete irrigation system. We'll check all watering coverage, determine
proper timing settings for each zone and recommend any upgrades, repairs or improvements to your system. An irrigation audit
provides protection for your irrigation system investment.
